MINDFULNESS

MINDFULNESS-BASED PROGRAMMES (individual and group)
MBSR (Mindfulness based stress reduction)
MBSR is an evidence based programme to manage stress using mindfulness as an attitude and a tool for the challenges of the daily life. It is an 8 sessions training of 2-hours each, based on mindfulness practices (of breath, sensations, thoughts, emotions and senses), sharing of the present experience and psycho-education on stress management.
MBCT (Mindfulness based cognitive therapy)
Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. MBCT is an evidence based 8 sessions training of 2 hours each, based on mindfulness practices (of breath, sensations, thoughts, emotions and senses), sharing of present experience and psychoeducation to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder.
MBRP (Mindfulness based relapse prevention)
Mindfulness based relapse prevention programme for substance and behavioural addictions. It is an evidence based 8 sessions training of 2 hours each based on mindfulness practices (of breath, sensations, thoughts, emotions, senses, management of cravings and high-risk situation for relapse), sharing of present experience and psychoeducation on relapse prevention in substance and behavioural addictions.
